NonnegativeSumConstraint

A constraint projection forcing the given solution to sum to a constant value, with all values being non-negative.

The default choice is also known as the probability simplex, meaning that all elements add up to one while positive or zero. Like all constraint nodes, this is normally used as part of an optimization problem formulation given to a (typically convex) solver node. Version 1.0.0
