GroupChannelsByWavelength

Group channels into groups by wavelength.

Channels with the same source detector but differing in wavelength are grouped, indicated by a Feature axis (with the wavelength as the name). Expects a packet with space and time axes as well as .positions, .positions_source, .wavelengths. Reshapes the signal data tensor from 2D space x time to 3D (space / num wavelengths) x feature x time. Adds a Feature axis with a row for each wavelength, named with the wavelength + nm, i.e. '760nm'. Version 0.7.0
