AssertNoDropouts

Assert that the given data's time stamps contain no dropouts.

This node works with streaming and non-streaming data, and ensure that successive timestamps in the time axis are congruent with the advertised sampling rate (within a certain tolerance). It warns if this is not the case. Version 1.0.0
